If you have a specific weight loss goal, like one that involves losing at least twenty pounds, you may want to focus on fun exercises or workouts, but also ones that burn the most calories. Adding exercise to your weight loss plan is a natural and a healthy way to lose weight.

If you have friends who seem to only talk about their desire to lose weight, instead of acting on it, you need to find new weight loss buddies. The ones who only talk about it will not be an inspiration to you. You will probably spend most of your time trying to encourage them to act on their dreams. Your goal buddy doesn’t even need to be someone who is at your level. It can be someone who has already succeeded and is an inspiration to you. Whoever your goal buddy is, it must be someone who acts as much as they talk.

Don’t Expect Instant Results

It’s important to remember that your body didn’t get the way it is overnight. You’re not going to see the results you want in a day. Be patient with yourself and your body. The working out and eat well will pay off. These new lifestyle habits will benefit you not only while you’re working toward your new body, but for the rest of your life.

 Post Your Successes

You don’t need to post a status update on every single pound you lose, but don’t be shy about sharing that you hit the gym 4 times this week or hit your goal of losing 2 inches off your belly. These are things to be proud of. By posting status updates you will also inspire others and be motivated to continue thanks to the support and feedback you’ll undoubtedly get.

Don’t Weigh In Obsessively

Weighing in constantly will drive you crazy more than it will inspire you. Don’t worry so much about the weight on the scale as much as how much better you’re feeling. If you want to weight in, don’t do it more than once a week. The numbers on the scale do not always reflect the good changes occurring. You will see the change in many different ways. You’ll notice your clothes getting bigger and you’ll have more energy.

You can stick to your weight loss plan. It’s important to remind yourself of how important your goals are to you and the life you want.

    PS you can edit this part out- I like your site. a few pointers, a blogroll gives you a good front page that leads visitors around your site , and the add in your header is kind of loud, and try to to put the first pic of your article closer to the top. With the black outside it helps set up your article. It is looking good and you have great content those are the only bugs I see.

  4. For me the day day without a workout is not a day, and try to always eat healthy food, but sometimes I am tempted with chocolates 🙂 I love your web dieting is always my fav thing to read:)

    • Yes, it’s a difficult issue for every person who have weight issues. How many countless diets I have been through over the years and they don’t work for me. With so many diet programs out there it’s hard to choose from one. I decided that I am not going to follow any diets anymore so I started watching what I eat. I tested the foods that makes me put on weight and how much I eat. From there I decided to just stick with certain foods that I like to eat. I cut off carbohydrates and once in a while I would eat just a slice of bread or a small potato etc even craving for my Hazelnut chocolate bar..lol! “I can’t leave without them either!” Carbs were my main problems because I eat a lot of it. I have changed my eating habits now eating meat and more vegetables every day, cutting out on tea or coffee and drink water only. But I still do have tea and coffee if I feel like it. I would do a five minute stretch in the mornings or night and that’s it.

      Thank you for viewing my site. Yes, through a lot of hard work and reconstruction my website over and over maybe ten to fifteen times. I gave up probably for nearly three months but I had nothing to lose due to my yearly membership was paid in full so I have to rethink and start all over again. But perseverance is paying off a little bit at time. Still a long way to go but getting there. All the best to you again.

  5. HI Darusila, I am very impressed with your webiste layout and content. If i can get mine to look half as good i will be very happy. I am new to all this WA thingy. One thing you might like to look at is on the second page: FOOD. The font changes in this FOOD page. Looks like Times New Roman is used for the first second and part of the 3rd pars and then i goes back to the text that you have used throughout. A small point i know but thought might like to know.. Great job!!
